Changed the timer-setup-dialog width request from 640 to 360

This is a very simple merge request, for mobile devices and to make the interface more adaptive a width request greater than 360 is unnecessary because the content of the ClocksTimerSetupDialog can perfectly fit in less space.

(Before it was way wider)
