Disable "Add" button by default on new timer dialog

Issue 2 in #223

Adding 0 duration timers are only disabled on duration change.

Since the dialog starts with 0 duration and there is no duration change event yet, it is possible to create 0 duration timers at the start.

This disables the "Add" button at the start to avoid that problem.
