Grammar & language clarifications for Help pages
Add clarifying language for when when the alarm will go off, stating that alarms will go off regardless of whether the window for Clocks is closed or not. Add another sentence to the end of the Help page to clearly state that alarms will not go off if Clocks is not running. Related to #1 and #161 (English language only); fixes #161.
Change British spelling of "customisable" to American spelling of "customizable" on the Help index.page under the "Alarm clocks" section; fixes #178 (closed).
