All characters are allowed in time inputs
As per the title, all time inputs allow all characters, with no length limit.
This also means putting in "100" in the seconds field will give you a timer for 1m40s.
Input fields should only recognize up to 2 characters, and only up to 60 for seconds and minutes, and jump to the next input once two digits have been input.
An example of correct behaviour would be to let the user type a 9
for 9 seconds, but they can't type a second digit as it would be 90 seconds.
However, if the user types a 5, a second character can be input. Only numbers 0-9 should be allowed, except in locales that don't use Arabic numerals.
I should probably open another issue for this, but it's very painful ergonomically to have to click and type 3 times to enter a timer that has custom hours, minutes and seconds. Whenever a tab or window requesting time input is open, any number-only input with no modifier that isn't focused on a field should be fed directly to the time dial.
