Adding "Santa Cruz de Tenerife" sets the wrong clock after restarting gnome-clocks
I am located in Munich and I am adding location "Santa Cruz de Tenerife". This location is in Spain but its time zone is one less than mainland Spain (https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/spain/santa-cruz-de-tenerife). Mainland Spain has the same time zone as Munich. When I add the location, it properly says "1 hour earlier". However, when I close clocks and then I start it again it says "Current timezone", which is wrong.
I am using gnome-clocks 43.0 from Debian 12 and libgweather 4.2.0.
