Add "symbols" as a search keyword

This allows users to find Characters using this new term from their desktop environments search engine.

I was unable to build this, not even with GNOME builder. So please let me know if I made something wrong.

EDIT: I was finally able to build it using GNOME builder, but the instructions in the readme to build using meson fail even if I have installed libunistring.
