updated manifest to enable using Builder (Thanks to hergertme for the assistance). Fixes #38

Sorry about the painful diff, Builder validates and reformats the manifest file. Actual changes are:-

  • Addition of "command" : "gnome-characters" below "runtime-version".
  • Addition of "builddir" : true in the final module below "buildsystem".
