docs: Remove TODO.md

Owl Burst requested to merge OwlBurst/gnome-calendar:main into main

The TODO list in the root directory of the project seems to be heavily outdated, with the last change to it being done 6 years ago

Removed the file outright in favour of the issue boards and such that seem to be used way more frequently nowadays
