Fix #1209

Philipp S requested to merge PhilippSauberz/gnome-calendar:calendar_management_dialog_fix_height into main

Sets the height-request=500px for AdwDialog in order to ensure a minimum dialog height and removes the max_content_height=600px property from the child GtkScrolledWindow in order to make the dialog height increase up to the parents window height if there is more content.
