Draft: Widen search range again

Jeff Fortin requested to merge jfft/gnome-calendar:timeout_based_search_wider_range into main

Marked as a "Draft" simply because this depends on !414 (merged).

Fixes #624 for the foreseeable future and most reasonable purposes.
