style: Harmonize the mini calendar's week numbers with GNOME Shell

  • ...solves some long-standing user complaints that the week numbers were not easy enough to see in recent versions of GNOME Calendar;
  • ...avoids visual confusion with day numbers;
  • ...makes it easier to solve issue #934 eventually, as users may then be less dependent on the header area for week numbers.

The visual style is loosely inspired from GNOME Shell's calendar widget, but retains GNOME Calendar's more compact layout. It's an approximation rather than 1:1 exact clone.

It matches what @snwh was suggesting in issue 934.

Also pretty much fixes the remainder of #378 (closed).

This is what it looks like in practice compared to GNOME Shell, in light and dark mode:
