Move month forwards/backwards when clicking a date outside of the current month in Month View.

In month view, this change moves the month forwards or backwards when selecting a date outside of the current month.

This MR only addresses the second point from issue #22 (closed). Dates appear to be disabled/grayed out already when outside of the current month.
