Correctly translate "before" in Dutch.

It was "geleden" which means "ago", resulting in weird settings for alarms.

I'm unsure how to deal with translations, if they are process through prull-requests, or if some external translation process is used. Please close this issue and give me a hint where I should suggest translation changes instead.
