Unable to edit invalid credentials
Affected version

Bug summary
When adding a remote calendar, I've probably entered invalid credentials, and now it tries to authenticate endlessly and I'm unable to edit credentials. Worse, that calendar does not always show up, cannot remove it.
Steps to reproduce
- Under "Manage Calendars" add a new one
- Paste URL of a remote calendar, e.g. https://some-url.com/cloud/calendar
- Enter email + password on next dialogue
What happened
It seems to accept and closed the dialogue. But the calendar does not show up right away, no error is coming up.
Upon restart, I can see the calendar coming up sometimes by random and then disappears.
journalctl
shows this error line
Feb 02 17:17:27 M1 gnome-calendar[11205]: source_credentials_required_cb: Failed to authenticate 'Personal': Bad Request
What did you expect to happen
First, a proper error dialog. Secondly, a chance, an opportunity to correct, to edit credentials.
Thanks for the hard work, looking into this.
