gnome-calendar crashes when navigating back and forth.
Affected version
Voyager-Live (Xubuntu) 20.04 LTS gnome-calendar 3.36.2
Bug summary
When pressing the arrow keys either to the left or to the right, as long as you keep on going one way everything is fine. Once you decide I want to go back. The application closes itself. Same goes for pressing the today button.
Steps to reproduce
Open the calendar press either the left arrow or the right arrow, then the opposite.
What happened
The application closed down
What did you expect to happen
Go back to the previous screen
Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts etc.
If you can tell me where to find such logs I'd be more then happy to provide. Screencast seems a bit pointless to me.
However I've started the application from a terminal window:
/usr/bin/gnome-calendar GWeather-Message: 23:52:36.985: Failed to get Yr.no forecast data: 404 Not Found
(gnome-calendar:330599): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 23:52:47.339: gtk_container_child_get_valist: assertion 'GTK_IS_WIDGET (child)' failed
(gnome-calendar:330599): GcalEventWidget-CRITICAL **: 23:52:47.339: gcal_event_widget_get_date_end: assertion 'GCAL_IS_EVENT_WIDGET (self)' failed Segmentatiefout (geheugendump gemaakt)
Even when the forcast module is disabled:
/usr/bin/gnome-calendar
(gnome-calendar:332101): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 23:53:47.806: gtk_container_child_get_valist: assertion 'GTK_IS_WIDGET (child)' failed
