Items deleted in GMail calendar web interface shown again in GNOME Calendar
My Gnome Calendar contains spam picked up from my Google calendar. I went into Google Calendar and changed my settings to no longer allow spammers to attack it, and got rid of the spam. However, I go in and delete all the events from Gnome Calendar, but when I change to a different month, close then re-open Gnome calendar, etc all the spam events are back again. I can't figure out how to get rid of the spam from my Gnome Calendar. I un-installed and re-installed Gnome Calendar. I even deleted the Google Calendar from which the spam came and the spam events still show up in my Gnome Calendar. I really like Gnome calendar, but as of now I find it impossible to use when I have some Russian spam events cluttering up every day of my calendar until the end of time. If there's a way to go in and remove these spam events, I have yet to find it. They no longer show up in any of my other calendars connected to Google.
