GUI should do something if authentication fails
Affected version
45.1.1
Bug summary
For a couple of weeks I noticed Gnome Calendar stopped updating my appointments from Google Calendar. I decided to investigate the issue today and with --debug I see
11:47:04.656171 GcalManager: [1;33mWARNING[0m: source_credentials_required_cb: Failed to authenticate 'a@example.com': Failed to obtain an access token for “a@example.com”: No credentials found in the keyring
Presumably this has been occurring for all that time.
I don't know if that's Gnome Calendar bug, but anyway, I'd argue Gnome Calendar should warn the user when authentication fails, lest he thinks it is working alright and starts to miss his appointments.
Steps to reproduce
I don't know, maybe delete the entry from the keyring.
What happened
Launch as if everything is alright. Also by F5 no mention of authentication failure.
What did you expect to happen
Show an error message anywhere in the graphical user interface, not only in stderr when in --debug mode.
