(New Month View) Need a ratcheting animation when scrolling to another week with the keyboard (like with touchpad or mouse wheel)
The main implementation of #603 for the GNOME Calendar 45 beta already has ratcheting animation motion when using a multitouch trackpad / touchpad to scroll from one week to another.
We "just" need to replicate/propagate it elsewhere, as we're missing that animation for when the user switches across weeks using a desktop computer's keyboard (Up/Down and PgUp/PgDown keys) or using a traditional mouse's wheel.
I think this animation is fundamental for the eye to be able to "track" what goes where and avoid getting lost, just like scrolling doesn't happen by "paging" in a grid like Nautilus, you need the positional awareness at all times. As such, I tend to think that this animation should work even if the "reduce animations" setting is enabled (issue #1080 (closed)), as it is not a random eyecandy animation, but related to the physical movement the user has triggered with their fingers, and it conveys a sort of "tactile feedback".
