Consider moving the "Add calendar…" button from the bottom to the top of the "Manage calendars" dialog?
The "Manage calendars" dialog has its "Add calendar…" button at the bottom of the list, which is all fine and dandy and logical when you only have 2-5 calendars... but it becomes a problem when you have, say, a dozen calendars, as it gets cut off-screen into the scrolled view (pictured on the left) and you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to even know it's there (right):
It's extra work, and it might (?) be particularly inefficient in terms of keyboard accessibility?
Would it be OK to relocate that button to a normal button in the headerbar, or would that be against current design patterns? Paging @snwh / @bertob just in case, to confirm whether that idea is OK, or if it is sacrilegeous, or if there's another way I'm unaware of.
