Added Bangladeshi taka as a static currency

A.M. Rowsell requested to merge amrowsell/gnome-calculator:add-bdt-currency into master

This may or may not be added -- I just created it in response to #191 (closed) which requested it. Unfortunately our two current data sources do not have BDT, so a static rate was the only easy (immediate) solution.
