port to libsoup-3.0
Simple change porting to libsoup-3.0, but this is one of my first contributions, and I have no idea what I'm doing. I don't see any other issues or merge requests, so even if this can't be merged, it can serve as an issue I guess? I wouldn't expect this to be merged in it's current state. It feels like I've answered a trick question.
