search provider/cli: solver treats commas/decimal differently than UI
When using gnome-calculator through the shell search provider, or the -s option in the command line, the behavior is different from the UI in how commas/periods are handled.
Example:
$ gnome-calculator -s "10*0.2"
20
$ gnome-calculator -s "10*0,2"
2
However, in the main UI, commas and periods are translated to the locale appropriate separator. This was covered in 9e782d5a // #86 (closed)
I believe that the same use case can be considered for the search provider / cli solver. It can be an undetected mistake in casual use and I would believe most users are not manually/voluntarily inputting thousand separators.
