The source project of this merge request has been removed.
meson-templates: Bump Rust dependencies
This PR highlights the 2021 edition of Rust that has been stabilized since October 21, and modifies the dependencies to reflect these changes. In addition, GTK4-RS has undergone various API breaking changes - get_object -> object, new_from_resource -> from_resource, etc - and the GTK Application template has been updated accordingly.
