WIP: Make GTKMM project template more intuitive

Hopefully this will make beginers are happy to start developing a GTKMM application. I need your help:

• Recorrect the grammar. (To be honest, I'm not native English speaker)
• Make sure wheter this works or not. I didn't build it yet.
