Builder crashes if running out of disk space while downloading runtimes
Description
If disk space is running out while downloading runtimes, builder crashes without any warning or error message. If builder is started from the command line, the following output can be observed:
gnome-builder
jedi not found, python auto-completion not possible.

Expected behaviour
I would expect to see an error dialog that informs me that there is no disk space left but that builder continues running.
