Don’t start automatic build when a project is opened

Description
I just cloned Builder and opened it in Builder Nightly. Right from the start, lots of additional packages were downloaded, compiled and installed.
Please don’t do this – if a user sits in a café without a wallplug and just wants to take a look at the code, it would soak it’s battery empty. But still, a remark should be placed inside this “super(?)” widget, that dependencies are missing. So that it would be obvious to the user, that he/she has to download these first, before being able to compile a project at a later point in time without having wifi available. :)
