"Your computer is missing flatpak builder" Install doesn't work on atomic systems

Description
(Not really sure if this is really a bug in Builder, or if it's a bug in Atomic.)
So I'm currently running Fedora Atomic Workstation on one of the laptops at home, and I tried the nightly build of Builder. When I clone gnome-maps from git, I get a warning that my computer is missing flatpak-builder.
If I click "Install", it will happily try to install flatpak-builder, but that doesn't work, since it's an atomic system. It claims to be a success though, since I get "Installing 1 package - finished" every time I click the Install button, but the bar doesn't go away.
I guess it should either throw an error, when unsuccessful, or maybe not show the bar on systems where it's impossible to install flatpak-builder (no idea if it's possible to detect that though).
I'll also file an issue against fedora-atomic-workstation, so it's possible to build flatpaks.
