Leak when opening popover submenu in source tree and closing it by clicking outside of popover

Steps to reproduce
- Launch Builder with
GOBJECT_DEBUG=instance-count flatpak run org.gnome.Builder.Devel
- Open statistics menu in Inspector
- Open some small project
- Right click file in sidebar source tree
- Enter submenu
- Close popover by clicking outside of it
- See that GtkPopover and bunch of other widget wasn't freed
- You can repeat 4-7 steps to see that GtkPopover instances count and ram usage is keep rising. You can also skip 5 step (no opening submenu) and see that instances count is not rising that way
Additional information
It might the same issue as nautilus#3124 (closed). I can't reproduce this bug with "More Options" popover next to run button.
