Always save workspace layout, and not only on close
Right now Builder saves the workspace layout (means panel location, opened tabs, ...) when you close the workspace, and automatically restores it the next time when you open the workspace again.
Unfortunately this doesn't work when Builder crashes. The next time you open Builder, it restores the last "savepoint" - which isn't the state before Builder crashed, this means you loose a lot of context (where you stopped, the opened files, etc)
I wonder if it would be possible to save the workspace layout every time when something changes (or alternatively periodically). This way it also works when Builder crashes - and that are the situations where it is especially valuable when you don't loose the current context you were working on.
(Yes, in a ideal world Builder just doesn't crash, but sometimes not 100% preventable)
