Builder yields misleading "{flatpak.codename} is running in background" notification
I was compiling GNOME Control Center from GitLab, and it kept failing the build with error 137 (Out Of Memory). After a bit of research, I found out that this was caused by me denying the permission of "org.gnome.Settings" to "run in background" when GNOME Shell asked me for it. However, this was a misleading message, for many reasons:
- What it meant was rather than Builder was running in background, so that should be properly signalled. I had no reason to let "Settings" run in background before it was even compiling.
- Furthermore, if this behaviour ("running in background") is necessary for flatpak-builder to terminate successfully, it should be required by Builder at install time if possible, or alternatively, users should be warned of this in some other way.
