Opening GNOME Builder for the first time after a reboot mutes system audio
Description
When I open GNOME Builder for the first time after a reboot, my system audio is muted. I can turn the volume back up and things go back to normal, and subsequent starts of GNOME Builder (i.e. if I close GNOME Builder) do not mute the system volume.
Worth noting is that I did try starting a different Flatpak application (specifically, Minecraft from Flathub) as the first Flatpak application started after a reboot and it did not mute my system volume.
