WIP: .gitlab-ci.yml: Build images daily

This is for testing at the moment; the artifacts will be publish in gitlab and expired after 2 days. I've checked with the infra team and @barthalion confirmed this should be fine

Currently the images are set to be built manually and they have not been built for a while so some of them do not built anymore; hopefully having a check daily would minimize this situation
