Add fprintd

Fprintd is needed by gdm and gnome-shell to handle fingerprint login.

I have not tested that it works since I do not have any capable hardware.

We could move the elements to core-deps make it runtime dependency to gdm and gnome-shell. Pam configuration was already here. We were just missing it fprintd.
