Reduce PP-Pro kernel configs for QEMU support

Partial fix for: #621

Aims to reduce the overhead of the kernel configurations inside the PP-Pro that enable QEMU to boot it by using the intersect with the PinePhone.

PinePhone doesn't seem to work with the intersect, which is fine because we get 30% reduction with the Pro at least.
