Fix PinePhone Pro CI testing (GNOME-43)

This is the GNOME-43 equivalent of the recently merged !1948 (merged)

Summary

This is the PinePhone Pro MR edition to fix the CI tests.

This MR deals with updating CI tests for the PinePhone Pro on GNOME-43 by updating the kernel installation to support QEMU booting it. We also utilise the test template set in the previously (See !1915 (merged))

We additionally split the tests and edit the configuration files. The justification for this is based on the fact that the PinePhone and PinePhone Pro have different hardware, and ultimately configuration differences, e.g., the Wi-Fi chip, touch screen, SoC and so forth. For long term development, we need separate testing. It may be feasible to have a common test file for features in both phones, but I will not attempt to do this in this MR. I will make a separate one to address the issue.
