Upgrade PinePhone build to use kernel configurations and remove mobian (GNOME-43)

It is better to remove the kernel configurations from mobian and use the kernel configuration files provided from the add Wi-Fi MR since it contains the files also needed for Bluetooth. There is no need to have mobian for the time being.
