Switch gnome-maps to meson

I switched Maps to build with Meson, and decided to drop support for Autotools straight away, since we had icons processed by some shell:ish glue in a Makefile.am that parsed file names to pick out path parts. And it felt cleaner to move the icon files to proper trees directly in the source that to add some scripty thing to the Meson build.
