Two .desktop files with the same name

Hello. Thanks for superior app. One issue noticed in non-flatpak build: there are two desktop files with same name installed in current build - org.gnome.BreakTimer.desktop and org.gnome.BreakTimer.Settings.desktop and they both named Name=Break Timer.

What this mean for end user? When user launching app from gnome launcher for example he will see the only one app named Break Timer but when he run it nothing happens in terms of visual feedback. Daemon started silently and that’s it. Flatpak version doesn't suffer from this issue and when you launch app user will see app windows with preferences.
