Sticky notification popup

Another feature idea :)

Not sure if Gnome supports this behaviour, but would be nice with the option for the break notification popup to stay sticky on the screen for the full duration of the break. Right now, it shows up and disappears after a few seconds.

If it were sticky on the screen, it would be harder to ignore the message that tells you to take a break.
