Various download related fixes and improvements

• Make file deletion on failure actually work
• Delete temporary files in more cases.
• Use better filenames when downloading and saving ISO files
• Perform file size check when validating local ISO files.
• Use cached iso file with old filename if size matches and rename them.
• Start iso download only when there is enough free disk space.
