assistant: improve the look of the VM creation button

Pedro Sader Azevedo requested to merge pesader/gnome-boxes:add-spacing-to-new-button into main

Add spacing between the "plus" icon and the "dropdown arrow" icon, so the button looks less busy. I tried to imitate the look of GtkMenuButton from GTK4.
