Support "Express Installation" of Ubuntu ISOs

This series adds the whole machinery needed in order to support "Express Installation" of Ubuntu ISOs.

Not only that, but it also takes advantage of newly introduced libosinfo APIs in order to better recommend to the user whether a media supports or not the "Express Installation" feature.
