Description
Created attachment 323207 example 1, properties
gnome-boxes-3.18.1-1.fc23.x86_64
First attachement is after right clicking on a VM and getting properties. When the properties come up, the menu bar is partially above the gnome-shell menu so now I can't resize it and I also can't get out of the properties section. I have to kill the app.
Second attachment is after creating a new VM and clicking on customize, I get window that I can't relocate and there's again no button (the arrow on the upper left corner) to get back. So I have to kill the app.
Regression test:
If I disconnect the 2nd display, the problem isn't reproducible. So even though I'm using the primary built-in display for Boxes, and the problem happens on that primary display, removing the secondary display fixes this. The presence of a 2nd display must be confusing or inhibiting whatever mechanism is supposed to prevent applications from getting stuck above the gnome-shell menu bar like this.
