Drop BluetoothChooser & family

Georges Basile Stavracas Neto requested to merge feaneron/gnome-bluetooth:gbsneto/drop-chooser into master

Stop using BluetoothChooser in bluetooth-sendto, and drop BluetoothChooser, BluetoothChooserButton, BluetoothChooserCombo,and the tightly related BluetoothFilterWidget, from the repository.

Took the liberty to sneak in a small cleanup, since I was already touching bluetooth-sendto.
