client: Use "phone" icon for all phone models

Automeris naranja requested to merge automerisnaranja/gnome-bluetooth:phone-icon-fix into master

"phone-apple-iphone", "phone-samsung-galaxy-s" and "phone-google-nexus-one" aren't present in adwaita-icon-theme. This causes Apple, Samsung and Google devices to have a broken icon in the device properties dialog.

Use the "phone" icon instead.
