Scanning is active while receiving a file
Problem:
In order to receive a file via Bluetooth, the user has to keep the Gnome Control Center's Bluetooth tab open (I refer to this tab: gnome-control-center bluetooth
).
This means that the scan for neighbouring devices is constantly running, and this heavily slows down the file transfer.
Solution:
One possible solution is to stop scanning while a file is being received, similarly to what suggested in #39 (closed) for audio streaming.
