        * gsocketinputstream.[ch]: Removed.
        * gsocketoutputstream.[ch]: Removed.
        * gunixinputstream.[ch]: Added.
        * gunixoutputstream.[ch]: Added.
	Renamed GSocket*Stream to GUnix*Stream and made
	it unix-only, since its not really only for sockets
	and it only works on unix (but is highly useful there).
