Convert tests/gio-test.c to g_test framework

Convert tests/gio-test.c to glib test framework.

I marked it as 'Draft' because the test end with a Timeout on Windows and lower the final test coverage.

I did not find out what was missing under Windows and I would be pleased to have some hints about it.
