find-enclosing-mount docs confusing

Description
At http://www.pygtk.org/docs/pygobject/class-giofile.html#method-giofile--find-enclosing-mount I see this text:
The find_enclosing_mount() method gets a gio.Mount for the gio.File.
If the interface for file does not have a mount (e.g. possibly a remote share), error will be set to gio.ERROR_NOT_FOUND and None will be returned.
This implies that remote shares don't have enclosing mounts.
This is the other way around. Remote shares do have enclosing mounts but local files don't.
