g_dbus_action_group_sync() called on primary instance after starting some apps in GNOME 44.1

Issue also happens when all extensions have been disabled.
Bug summary
Since the upgrade from Gnome 43 to 44.1, some applications take a very long time to start, when logged in. (Not screen locked).
It affects: Gnome Terminal, Gnome Files, Firefox
It doesn't affect: Chromium, Rocket Chat
Steps to reproduce
Gnome Files:
- Log in
- Open Files
Firefox:
- Login
- Open Firefox
etc.
What happened
The named programs take a very long time (at least 10 seconds) to start, when logged in. (It can also be triggered when logged out and then logged back in)
What did you expect to happen
The named programs should start immediately without a delay (or only max. 1 second).
Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts etc.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find any logs, that hint a delayed start of the named software.
But I'll provide a short screencast, where the issue is visible. (Problematic Software: Gnome Files, Recording Software: Integrated with Gnome 44)
